I am Keerthana Tulip, with one year of experience in the B2B events industry as an HR & Operations Manager. I have handled end-to-end event operations, including booking international 5-star venues, coordinating with hotels on setups, and managing AV vendors. I am now seeking freelance opportunities where I can apply my expertise in event operations and to deliver seamless event experiences.
I hold a Master’s degree in Tourism and Travel Management. After completing my undergraduate studies, I began my career with Travix as a Customer Operations Executive, handling flight ticket changes and cancellations. Following my master’s, I freelanced as a Recruitment Coordinator and later as a Holiday Consultant with a travel company.
Most recently, I worked full-time as an HR & Operations Manager in the B2B events industry, where I managed recruitment, employee engagement, and end-to-end event operations.
I completed my Master’s in Tourism and Travel Management at Christ University, Bangalore, where I also undertook two live projects and an internship as a Business Development Executive Intern. During this time, I gained experience in client interactions, customer engagement, and blog writing, which helped me build strong communication and business development skills.
