I'm a growing sports nutritionist passionate about enhancing athletic performance through personalized nutrition. As a karate player myself, I understand the physical and mental demands athletes face firsthand, which is what drew me to this field. My 6-month internship at the Sports Authority of India (SAI) has strengthened my practical skills in sports nutrition, and I'm eager to apply this experience to help athletes perform at their best.
