My name is Keerthi Kelvareddy, and I am currently working as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini.
I have over three years of experience in ETL development, with a strong focus on data migration and Talend data integration.
My primary expertise is in Talend ETL, Oracle SQL, and SQL Server databases. Throughout my career, I have been involved in designing, developing, and supporting scalable ETL workflows that support enterprise-level data migration and data integration initiatives.
One of the key projects I have worked on is a large-scale data migration project, where we migrated data from multiple legacy systems such as SQL Server, and IBM DB2 into Oracle system using Talend.
My responsibilities included is requirement analysis, source-to-target mapping validation, ETL development, implementing transformation logic, data validation, and providing support during SIT, UAT, and production deployment phases.
Currently, I am working on the Air Liquide project as an ETL Developer. In this project, we integrate data from multiple systems such as AWS Athena, SAP, Oracle , and flat-file sources. I am involved in End-to-end ETL development activities and supporting ETL integrations, handling APIs, processing JSON/ XML data and using GitHub for version control and scheduling and monitoring jobs through Talend Management Console (TMC) and AutoSys.
Overall, I enjoy working on data migration and data integration projects, especially on real time data processing business scenarios.
I look forward to enhancing my skills further and contributing effectively.
I am a Data Engineer with 3+ years of experience specializing in ETL development, SQL programming, and large-scale data migration. I have strong hands-on expertise in Talend Data Integration, where I design, build, and optimize ETL pipelines that improve data reliability and system performance. In my recent projects, I worked extensively with flat files, SQL Server, and IBM DB2, applying complex business rules, transformations, and validations before loading the processed data into Oracle databases. Through optimized SQL and Talend design, I have improved data processing efficiency by up to 30% and reduced manual data issues by over 40%.I am proficient in writing advanced SQL queries, including analytical functions, performance tuning, and data validation checks, which helped ensure 99% accuracy during data migration cycles.
I also have hands-on experience in scheduling and monitoring ETL jobs using AutoSys, troubleshooting production failures, and supporting UAT and hypercare phases. My performance optimization work such as implementing bulk loads, improving lookup strategies, and reducing unnecessary transformations resulted in ETL job runtime improvements of 20–35% across key workflows.I’m passionate about solving complex data challenges, enhancing data quality, and delivering clean, consistent, and reliable datasets for business decision-making. I continuously learn new tools and technologies and aim to contribute effectively to modern data engineering and integration projects.
