With over 4 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer, I have provided technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure smooth system operation. I have experience in PCB design using Altium Designer, Eagle, and KiCad, including schematic capture, layout design, circuit simulation, testing, fabrication, assembly, and signal/power integrity analysis.
