SAP CPI Consultant with 7+ years of IT experience and around 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI). Experienced in monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise integrations involving SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, APIs, IDocs, SOAP, REST, AS2, and SFTP interfaces. Strong expertise in incident management, root cause analysis, message monitoring, and integration support in global environments.
Support and maintain SAP CPI integration scenarios across multiple business applications.
Monitor integration flows, analyze failed messages, and perform root cause analysis.
Troubleshoot REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData, AS2, and SFTP-based interfaces.
Work closely with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to resolve production issues.
Perform payload analysis, trace monitoring, and log investigation.
Support SAP Integration Suite, API Management, and Event Mesh components.
Prepare incident reports, customer communications, and technical documentation.
Ensure SLA compliance and provide on-call production support.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Aeronautical
