I'm Chander Keshwar Gupta, and I have over 10 years of experience in the microfinance and credit operations space within the NBFC sector.

I started my career in 2014 as a Loan Officer with Ujjivan Financial Services, where I worked on individual business and home loans, focusing on customer financial assessment and risk mitigation. From there, I moved to Satya Micro Capital Limited, where I've spent the last several years growing through progressively senior roles — from Assistant Credit Manager to Credit Manager, then Regional Manager, and most recently Divisional Manager.

In my most recent role, I managed 5 to 7 branch operations at a time, leading teams, driving business growth, overseeing collections, and working closely with credit and risk teams on policy implementation. Before that, as Regional Manager, I was responsible for regional disbursement, AUM, and revenue targets across 3 branches.

Academically, I hold an MBA from Lovely Professional University and a B.Com from Guru Nanak Dev University. What I bring to the table is a strong foundation in credit appraisal and risk assessment, hands-on experience managing multi-branch teams, and a consistent track record of hitting business and portfolio quality targets.
