Manufacturing of Aluminum Foils
- Daily monitoring of revenue, expenses, cash flow, finance (i.e., PCFC, Bill Discounting, L.C., BRC, Term Loan Process, verify of monthly bank interest, Bank treasury work, controlling of Debtor's and follow-up due amounts from domestic and international market, Controlling of Inventory, Creditor's, Import, Exports, etc, in ERP with two factories in India.
- Handling accounting operations, analyzing reports for company's operation etc.
- Plan & execute month/quarter/annual closure schedule with Ahmedabad & Sikkim plant.
- Ensure reclassification and accounting of wrong or unaccounted entries prior to GL close.
- Preparation of monthly various type of statutory reports (i.e., GST, TDS, TCS, PF, etc) and submitting returns to respective consultant.
- Preparing of monthly cash flow statement, annual budget with scheduling expenditures.
- Keeping asset register, controlling inventory, debtors and creditors outstanding and time to time follow-up the same.
- Co-ordinations with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors, Company Secretary and business units to complete the statutory audit field work.
- Prepared monthly MIS and analyzing with budget and proper justifications to management. Prepared quarterly balance sheet with schedules and reviewed the same with company management, company secretary, other shareholders with proper justification.
- Finalize of tax audit, GST audit, cost audit and legal compliance etc.
- Dealing with bankers for fund and non-fund base limit. Also handling B.G. and L.C. related work.
- Dealing with consultant for CMA data.
