About
IRATA Certified Rope Access Level – 3 supervisor (since 2021) with overall 9+ years of Rope Access international experience (since 2017) in oil & gas, shipyard, onshore mechanical and fabrication work and wind energy sectors. Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary rope access teams, ensuring full IRATA ICOP compliance and delivering high-risk inspection and maintenance projects with zero LTI record. Proven ability to manage safety, rescue planning, LGI, NDT support and client coordination in offshore and onshore environments.

- Lead and supervise teams of 5 – 15 rope access technicians on offshore and onshore projects.
- Ensure 100% compliance with IRATA ICOP and company HSE standards.
- Conduct job safety analysis (JSA), toolbox talks and permit-to-work procedures.
- Plan and execute rescue drills and emergency response operations.
- Perform inspections and certification checks on ropes, harnesses, anchors, and lifting equipment.
- Assisting with LGI and NDT inspectors.
- Recording man-hours, rope logs and fulfilling job site surveys and inspections.
- Completing daily reports and progress reports to keep management informed operations.
- Coordinate directly with clients and third – party inspectors.
