• Coordinated with drafting teams for preparation of efficient layout plan as per plant area and location, Process flow diagram, Hydraulic Flow Diagram of Process Units, Piping & Instrumentation of treatment Units, Civil GA Drawings & Visit and discuss to Project Management Consultants (PMC) for design reviews, technical Comment query-reply solution (CRS Sheet prepare and submit) and obtaining approvals from Consultant and government departments for above mentioned STP/ETP & SPS related projects
• Prepared techno-commercial proposals for small and mid size capacity, cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for STP, ETP, UF, O&M, retrofit, and turnkey wastewater treatment projects based on client requirements
• Engaged with clients premises to understand actual plant/site condition, technical and commercial requirements, recommended suitable treatment solutions, and managed proposal submissions with continuous follow-up until project finalization and execute
• Conducted site visits, technical discussions, and feasibility assessments to support business development and deliver optimized engineering solutions
• Search, Identified and evaluated government tenders for STP and ETP projects on State board portal, Read & reviewed tender documents, and prepared pre-qualification (PQ), Bid Capacity and stamp documents and other technical and commercial documents with bid submissions
• Prepared and submitted 30+ government tenders for STP, ETP, and O&M projects across Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Assam, West Bengal and Maharashtra, including Pre-Qualification (PQ) documents, technical and financial bids, BOQs, compliance statements, and supporting documentation, ensuring full compliance with tender specifications, departmental requirements, and submission timelines
• Coordinated with government departments, consultants, and PMCs to clarify bid-related queries, submit technical documents, and obtain approvals during the evaluation process
• Supported pre-bid meetings, site visits, tender documentation, compliance preparation, and successful bid submission in accordance with tender requirements

I Came at Ecotech for acquiring depth knowledge of Sewage treatment plant operation processes and management work to understand how things work at ground level as this company managing more than 100+ sites including residential and commercial. This practical learning will help me to identify challenges and what new implement we can do in wastewater treatment plant and overall field level.
