I work as a Unified Communication Specialist for Microsoft Teams and M365
Currently, as a Teams SME at XXX (Feb 2025 – Present), I am leading Direct Routing initiatives involving Cisco SIP to Microsoft Teams migration for XXXX client, XXXX(Italy). I manage SBC routing, SIP trunk validation, Teams voice policies, and end-to-end voice integration to ensure seamless migration across distributed environments.
Prior to this, at XXXX(Jul 2024 – Jan 2025), I supported Microsoft Teams and M365 operations for XXXX client BAT (British American Tobacco). My scope included Teams governance, Teams Phones and MTRs configuration and advanced troubleshooting, call analytics, PowerShell-based administration, and ensuring high‑availability voice services for enterprise users across regions.
Before that, as SME Skype for Business & Teams at XXXX / XXXX (Nov 2022 – May 2024), I supported XXXX Bank in their global migration from Skype for Business to Teams. I contributed to coexistence strategy, hybrid architecture, user migration planning, Ribbon SBC routing, and multi‑region voice readiness.
