- Sampling & testing of Incoming Raw Material, In-process, and Finish Goods Parameters. Responsible for making standard solutions / lab reagents required for testing regular as well as new recipe.
- Maintain recipe and process revision levels as per product master database and liaise with Manager to update SAP system.
- Maintain Quality records such as Recipes, Control plan, Reaction register, non – conformance reports, new vendor sample analysis records.
- Maintain quality records as per batch sheets, raw material quality inspection records for all products and samples tested.
- Plan and execute production in-process & FG checks to meet customer quality requirements.
- Implement quality assurance procedures including ISO 9001 / ISO 14001/ OHSAS 45001 to achieve desired quality standards in product and services consistently.
- To implement defined recipe, process, and quality standards.
- Handling of lab equipments such as pH meter, Refractometer, Brook field viscometer, Moisture analyiser & Sand Testing equipments etc.
- Chemical – volumetric & gravimetric analysis, Specific critical quality tests such as IV, AV, NaOH value ,NCO content, Acid Value
- Sand test analysis of various types of Resins – Manual & instrumental.
- Actively participate in resolving quality issues involving deviations in product and process parameters, root cause analysis for resolving. Do experiments to find out the root causes and thereby help in resolution of the complaints. Maintain data base and closure of complaints within stipulated time.
- Validate process modifications proposed in CQT and highlight observations to Manager.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, development of quality plan and execute the actions.
- Conduct quality walk, list shopfloor quality issues & points from monthly quality meeting actions and ensure the actions are effectively implemented.
QA Executive - GAYATREE POLYMERS PVT.LTD. - Narhe Pune

- Authorized to execute the analytical operations of QC including the approval or rejection of samples (Incoming raw material and Finish Good) post testing and report to HOD.
- Responsible for process validation & product validation for new development products.
- Identifying and reporting periodical calibration requirement of lab equipment.
- Polymer analysis with the following tests: (Density, hardness, compression test, ash content, moisture content, Rheology, Ozone test, Tensile test).
- Coordinate tests which are done at external labs.
- Knowledge of Micro-IRHD, Tensile tester, Rheometer, Karl-fisher, Melting and boiling point apparatus, Brookfield Viscometer, Carbon dispersion, PH Meter, RI Meter apparatus.
- Ensure testing of raw material, in-process & final inspection as per the quality plan.
- Active participation Internal Audit, Process Audit, Product Audit, ISO-9001-2008, TS16949.
- Knowledge of PPAP documents, SPC, MSA, Internal calibration, 8D & 5S activities.

- Ensure testing of raw material as per the laid down quality plan.
- Minimize in-house rejection & improve quality by giving proper training to operators.
- To ensure in-process quality checks in order to achieve consistent quality.
- Ensure that outgoing material meets the customer requirements.
- To monitor final product quality plan & final inspection report.
- Co-ordination for new product development as R & D concern.
- Knowledge of 5S activities and Safety.
- Posting material entry into software or Excel.
- Take corrective and preventive actions on customer complaints to avoid re-occurrence.
