Handled the team of 40 to 45 AAs in BAU in sortation lines inside the auto sorter along with outbound operations and in peak days up to 65 AAs.

• Ensure yard dwell, shift volume analyzer, TDR compliance, hourly productivity tracker, TBT for AAs, reconciliation on short packages, delayed vehicles management, handling in-transit damages, handling orphans at inbound operations
• Plan and sign off for conveyor maintenance in silent hours, pre-alerts on delayed vehicles, AAs calm codes, 5s maintaining, next shift handover (IT assets as well) and shift wash report
• On time movement of irregular packages to manual layout, rejection chute clearance, miss sort clearance, monitor chute fill minutes at sortation
• In between clearance from running belt, productivity tracker update, TBT with AAs at least once in a shift, 5s maintaining, AAs shuffling between auto sorter and manual sortation layouts
