- Conducting OJT, Class room, awareness and job specific training etc.
- Review the establish PTW, JSA, WI and HIRAC.
- Organize safety campaign like material handling confined space, work at height, hot work safety tools and tackles lifting etc.
- Reporting the safety observation through online observation reporting portal (Gensuite) also highlighting the critical observations to management.
- Prepare PPT for Morning meeting.
- Reporting and Investigation of incidents, recommend appropriate CAPA.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly safety inspections of the workplace, equipment, and work practices to identify potential hazards.
- Ensure that appropriate PPE is available and that employees are trained on its proper use, maintenance, and fit.
- Actively promote a positive safety culture by recognizing safe behaviour's and encouraging employee participation in safety programs.
- Keep accurate records of training, inspections, incidents, safety meetings, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensuring periodical Housekeeping drive and participating in joint Housekeeping drive with area HOD.
