Ø Preventive, Break down, Scheduled maintenance and overhauling of Rotary and Static equipments in chemical plant
Ø Shutdown maintenance on Boilers, heat exchangers, vessels and storage tanks
Ø To ensure the safety of plant, equipment, human and environment.
Ø Maintenance jobs in shift, housekeeping, safely handling of different hazardous chemicals,
Ø Timely highlighting abnormalities and corrective actions,
Ø Trouble shooting to achieve budgeted production.
Ø Proper co-ordination with subordinates and other department like process, quality control, instrumentation, electrical.
Ø Monitor all critical parameters and take corrective action as per the daily log sheet variations.
Having extensive technical knowledge and hands on work experience in overhauling, Running, preventive, breaks down and shutdown jobs of the following mechanical equipments.
Ø Maintenance of Reactor (Agitator) S.S and Glass Reactor
Ø Pump of maintenance and overhauling, centrifugal pumps, vacuum pump
Ø All Types of Valves Repairings and hydro testing
Ø Compressor of Maintenance and Overhauling
Ø Mechanical Seal Assembly pump and Reactor
Ø Glass column, Glass Equipment fitting and Presser testing
Ø Plant and Utility Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Ø Water and Steam Jet Vacuum Ejector
Ø Tank farm operation such as Tanker connection.
Ø Boiler of Maintenance and hydro testing, type of Wood Fire and oil fire
Ø Lesar Alignments
Ø All types of Gear Boxes
Ø Fans and blowers:- ID fan, FD fan and Blowers.
Ø Cooling Tower
Ø Heat Exchangers [ shell andTube type, grafight block type], hydro testing
» Agitated nutch filter , fluid beg dryer
