As a candidate, here’s what I could immediately bring to the table:
An effective manager/leader: In my role at Kotak education foundation, I researched and developed new modules for parents in handling adolescents, and teachers in handling parents of all age groups. I was also able to showcase my leadership abilities as a manager and counselor in the Parent Intervention program project through the innovations I added.
A disciplined organizer/planner: I have always displayed my careful approach to planning and organizing by being meticulous. At the Growth center and SPJMIR, I frequently plan and organize events. In addition, I had the opportunity to hold annual events in all the organizations I worked, which further shows my dedication to thorough planning.
A passionate Artist: Everything I have engaged in so far has been driven by my keen interest in art, being creative, and innovating. Even as a research and content developer at SP Jain College, and TISS SVE I made sure to dedicate some part of my day to my creative contribution. It is this passion that has driven every one of my career decisions thus far.
