I am Kirtika Khanna, a compassionate and driven psychologist-in-training pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Amity University, Noida. Shaped by a deep curiosity about the human mind and a commitment to stigma-free mental health care, I have completed five clinical internships across leading hospitals and psychiatric institutes in Delhi NCR — gaining hands-on experience in psychological assessment, case formulation, therapeutic support, and psychoeducation across diverse client populations. As a researcher, my study on personality traits, emotional regulation, and sleep disturbances in Indian young adults reflects my belief that psychology must be evidence-based and culturally grounded.
