Coating Inspector/Refractory Inspector

• Start-up mobilization activities for the crew for new project.
• Monitor the weather condition for coating & painting operation
• Conduct the air quality test, soluble salt test, holiday detection test, Adhesion and Pull-off test as required by the project specification.
• Inspection of Surface profile, wet film and dry film thickness (DFT) measurement
• Ensure the company's Procedures, Project Specifications & procedures are understood and adhered to by the project personals.
• Ensure the Safety requirements to be followed at project site.
• Assessment of critical stage of coating works.
• Monitoring the mixing and application.
• Getting conversant with projects specification and assuring implementation.
• Man Hours Calculation, Material and other consumable calculation, plant hire calculation etc.
• Meeting with client for clarification, assessment of difficulties in planning, execution, quality assurance, quality control and safety requirements
• Preparation of QC reports & coordination with clients for closeout.
• Coordinate with client for the requirement of sample testing of thermoplastic paint.
• Reflective test for glass beads.
• Dimension and packing control of PVC boards and panels
• QC/Internal/External Audit documentation work
