Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

• Batch Reactor Automation: Managed automation for producing a specialized lacquer essential for medical applications, ensuring optimal process parameters and effective troubleshooting.
• Process Monitoring: Regularly checking equipment, instruments, and process parameters to ensure everything is functioning within specified limits.
• Process Control: Familiarity with process control systems (e.g. DCS, HMI) to monitor and adjust operating conditions.
• Hazardous Materials Handling: Ensured safe handling and compliance with regulations for hazardous materials.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Formats: Developed SOPs and formats for operating processes to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
• ISO and Customer Audits: Participated in ISO audits and customer audits, demonstrating compliance with industry standards and addressing audit findings effectively.
• Root Cause Analysis and NC Closure: Conducted root cause analysis for non-conformities (NCs) and successfully closed those NCs, ensuring corrective actions and preventive actions were effectively implemented.
• Continuous Improvement: Contributed to initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and safety in production processes.

I have a degree in Chemical Engineering, where I focused on areas like Process Control, Optimization, Heat & Mass Transfer, and Chemical Reaction Engineering. I’ve worked with simulation tools like MATLAB, DWSIM, and ChemCAD, and I’m skilled in creating Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID). I also earned certifications in IoT and Human Resource Development (HRD), and I graduated with a CGPA of 8.54.
