IMPORT EXECUTIVE - GLOBAL LOGISTICS

Correspondence with Importer /Consignee for preparation of new documents and any other queries related to maintaining documents.

• Tracking Vessel ETA daily basis –updating shipment status to Importer /Consignee daily basis
• Co-ordinate with Importer/ Consignee for preparing documents and inform them for any deficiency in the documents.
• Preparing checklist and forwarding the same to Importer/Consignee for their approval for filling documents.
• Preparing CFS nomination documents & share with consignee
• Preparing Bond for agricultural products – fertilizers goods prior approval from Importer / Consignee and submitting the same with customs for further procedure.
• Maintaining folder for delivery order documents.
• After checking IGM dates – sending request on ODEX for invoice
• Preparing delivery order documents as per mode of de-tuffing and uploading/sending request for delivery order through ODEX
• Maintaining e.xcel sheet for import details and forwarding the same to Importer/Consignee for their updation daily basis
