JUNIOR ENGINEER (ZLD OPERATIONS) - JEEDIMETLA EFFLUENT TREATMENT LIMITED - Jeedimetla Industrial Area, Hyderabad

India's first Combined Waste Water Treatment Plant [CWWTP] at Jeedimetla Industrial Area has changed the industrial scene for chemical and pharmaceutical industries located at Hyderabad. The aim of the project is to prevent and control water pollution.

• Participating in our upcoming Prestigious ZLD Project Erection & commissioning activities of 1600KLD UF-RO & 160 KLD LT-WHE (Low Temperature –Waste Heat Evaporator)
• Handling and monitoring of ZLD operations like MEE, ATFD's, Stripper, RO, back – pressure Turbine & AFBC Boilers.
• Follow up regular maintenance activities and other breakdown works coordination with related departments for the problem rectification.
• Ensuring proper segregation, control and minimization of waste water streams at the source, Decompose of Expired Hazardous & non-Hazardous waste.
• Regular inspection in plant Areas like utility blocks, effluent storage tanks, Ash Handling Plant, Cooling towers, Stack monitoring system etc., ensure any discharges or leakages in the environment.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Having basic knowledge on process safety & industrial safety.
• Maintain & follow the PCB rules and regulations for Dispose of hazard facility
• Trouble shooting and maintaining equipment's like Heat exchangers, pumps, Air compressors, control valves, Auto valves, etc...in safe and good condition.
