• To act as an Operating System Administrator for QC and Manufacturing Computer systems.
• Ensure regular backup of the data as per the SOPs of all QC systems, Manufacturing and Engineering systems are being carried out including periodic check on restoration of the backed-up data as per SOP.
• Maintain an updated list of GxP IT systems inventory. This includes hardware and software including the standalone computer systems that are used for all GxP (Manufacturing, engineering) Purposes.
• Verification of Privileges and audit trails in all analytical instruments.

• Responsible for online and offline Backups of Empower3 Application, standalone instruments of quality control laboratory, Involved in computer system validations.
• Upgrading, configuring networked chromatography equipment (HPLC, GC) such as Agilent and Waters Systems.
• Monthly Projects Backup and Restore in Empower3 Application.
• Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords. Verifying daily performed activities in the available logbooks.
• Analyzing system/server logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems.
• Responsible for User Management in Chromeleon, Empower and Standalone Applications.
• Performed GAP analysis for GxP systems in quality control laboratory.
• Performed 21CFR part 11 assessment on various analytical applications used in QC Laboratory.

• Assigning and configuring IP address to Grid connecters for all port-based instruments.
• Coordinate with SAP interface team for LIMS and SAP interface issues.
• To act as an operating system administrator for Manufacturing Engineering systems such as Emerson, Siemens, Purified and portable water plants.
• Maintaining all the systems with windows control in manufacturing Engineering systems.
