I am Krishnapriya I'm a B.A LL.B 5th year (Xth Semester) student at Lloyd Law College in Delhi, about to graduate in 1 month. I am confident that my previous internship experience of 1.5 years in the in-house teams of various corporate firms has equipped me with the necessary skills to excel in the field of corporate and commercial law especially in due diligence process, Mergers and Acquisitions, PE and VC transactions, ESG Laws, Corporate governance, drafting and vetting of several agreements and contracts. Recently I had an internship experience working with a renowned law firm named HSA Advocates where I assisted in the preparation of corporate compliances of different companies. During my internships, I was involved in various aspects of corporate law, including different corporate compliances, due diligence processes, drafting and vetting of different agreements such as employment agreements, License Agreements,several contracts, term sheets, distribution agreements, shareholders agreements, share subscription agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and even worked on IBC liquidation processes of different projects. I also participated in different moots, trials, and debate competitions in law school, including presenting a research paper at Jamia Milia Islamia University, and volunteering and participating in different reputed moot court competitions.

As an active student in my class, I take pride in my ability to work quickly and efficiently while making sure that all my work is organized. I am excited about the possibility of expanding my horizons further in the field of corporate and commercial law through this internship.
