• Designed a secure UAV telemetry protocol with ChaCha20-Poly1305 AEAD encryption (SIMD-accelerated, AVX2/NEON), zero-copy parsing, and custom delta encoding, achieving an 82.8% bandwidth reduction compared to MAVLink and 2× faster parsing.
• Architected the Ground Control Station’s plug-in module framework and personally built the live weather, flight radar, ETA planning, and telemetry analytics modules, enabling real-time UAV mission monitoring and control within a 4-person team.
• Independently designed, built, and deployed the CI/CD pipeline (GitHub Actions, Linux) across all 8 repositories, replacing manual builds and releases and cutting build-to-deploy time from 15 min to 6 min (60%).
