Application developer/ Project Lead - IBM India Pvt Ltd - India

• Worked as a PeopleSoft application developer From August 2025 for University of South Carolina account. With no formal training, just on-the-job training, I have worked on five enhancements and delivered them successfully.
• Worked with Telefonica O2 from Nov 2018-Jun 2025 Worked on looking after the LN applications on the account. Worked on multiple notes databases, supporting all the associated change request/enhancements/ production issue fix. Also send daily reports from the database to concerning teams. Been the single point of contact for all notes databases. Discussions with the onsite project manager to get to know requirements and provide possible solution. Received the Star performer award twice as part of
• Worked as a Lead developer for Manulife from 16-Jan-17 till 16-Nov-18. Worked on various daily monitoring tasks. Also working on resolving production issues and security risks issues. Involved in providing daily/ weekly status reports for the project. Involved in discussions with onsite developers to understand requirements and issues.
• Worked as a Lead developer for Pramerica (Prudential) from 10-Mar-14 to 30-Dec-16 Worked on several 40+ releases with no delivery slippages and zero production issues. Worked on over 100+ production issues, with zero bad fixes. Involved in creating various status reports, deck and maintaining team details. Was involved in arranging various team level fun activities. Received the Star performer award twice as part of appreciation.
• Worked as a senior developer in IBM internal project IGA Eproc ESI PCT team. Involved in around 9 successful releases for the application. Developed application using lotus 8.5 , Picked up DB2, which was a new technology and the application uses DB2 as data storage in the back end. Moved to the ESI team in October 2012, as a developer. Worked on the ESI Commlink and ESI CommTool applications. Mainly worked on enhancements and maintenance activities on the two applications.

Joined Accenture as a Senior software engineer. Worked with several clients, RSA UK (Insurance domain), NAG UK (Banking domain), Henkel US (Products domain). Travelled to UK from NAG to get the project offshore, for knowledge transfer and setting up the offshore team.

• Involved in generating/ creating weekly status report across all units in the account.

Senior software engineer - Caritor India Pvt. Ltd. - Bangalore, India

Joined as a fresher as Software engineer, had on the job training for Lotus notes. Went on to become a senior software engineer by end of 2005.

• Executed around 15-20 Change requests for Orange Internal Lotus notes applications (Example: Leave System, Report Generation, Resource Allocation, ERPCCC, RITE forms etc)
• Involved in developing both notes based and web based applications.
