Hi, I’m Krushna—a CSPO-certified Technical Program Manager who drives cost optimization and brings value through strategic planning and Agile collaboration.
My journey began in Mechanical Engineering and continues with advanced studies in Automotive Engineering at BITS Pilani, where I’m specializing in ADAS technologies.
I’m now excited to transition into product management, where I can combine technical insight, stakeholder alignment, and product vision to drive impactful outcomes.
I am a CSPO‑certified Program Manager with 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry, handling end‑to‑end program delivery in both Waterfall and Agile environments. I have led cross‑functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Sourcing, and Suppliers to drive on‑time releases, strong engineering governance, and effective risk management.
My work includes managing ECR/ECN processes, BOM costing, APQP/PPAP, prototype build support, DVP/V&V tracking, and ensuring stage‑gate readiness. I have delivered ~2% NSV savings through VAVE and Design‑to‑Cost initiatives.
Currently, I am pursuing an MTech in Automotive Engineering (ADAS specialization) from BITS Pilani to deepen my technical expertise in ADAS, functional safety (ISO 26262), and automotive cybersecurity (ISO 21434). I am skilled in Jira, SAP, MS Project, Power BI, and 3Dx (CATIA/ENOVIA).
I bring a blend of engineering understanding, program management discipline, and leadership mindset, backed by recognition such as selection to the Anand Leadership Development Program (ALDP 2026).
I am currently pursuing an M.Tech in Automotive Engineering (ADAS specialization) from BITS Pilani (2025–2027), where I am building strong technical depth in automotive systems, powertrain systems, HEV systems, ADAS, automotive cybersecurity (ISO 21434), and functional safety (ISO 26262), Product Design. This program strengthens my understanding of modern automotive and ADAS systems, aligning with my career direction in automotive product development and program management.
I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Cummins College of Engineering, Pune (2018–2022), which gave me solid fundamentals in mechanical and engineering principles.
