About
I design products that move numbers — not just pixels.
My name is Kshama Sinha, and I’m a UX/UI Designer with 2+ years of hands-on experience designing user-centered web and mobile products. I came across the UI and UX Designer openings on your Naukri page and would love to be considered, as my skill set spans both UX and UI disciplines.
What I bring to a team:
— Expert Figma: design tokens, auto layout, variants, component libraries, pixel-perfect dev handoff
— Full design system builds aligned to Carbon Design System with WCAG-accessible patterns
— JTBD-driven user research: generative interviews, usability testing, analytics reviews
— Agile/Scrum fluency: comfortable in fast-paced distributed teams from brief to GA release
— AI-accelerated documentation: I use Claude to ship accessibility specs and handoff docs 3× faster
Experience
Over the last 2 years I've shipped end-to-end UX for enterprise SaaS platforms serving technical and semi-technical users. My work cut onboarding time by 25% and lifted task completion by 30%, measured across 25+ usability sessions.
