• Coordinating with QC/Mech. Dept. for Incoming Material/Spare Parts Inspection.
• Received Material in store Preparing GRN in ERP and issue to concerned Department, Site Staff and Contractors in accordance to company rules with proper documentations.
• Executing all the Day-to-Day Store Functions as per the SOP.
• Manage All Store Reports in Manual and ERP Software.
• Maintain all Store Stock Registers, Assets Register, and Reconciliation Statement.
• Maintaining the Proper method of Stock Issue and review of store function on site daily Basis.
• Handling Site Petty Cash Management and General Expenditures.
