• Designed a lightweight 2-DOF manipulator for drone mounting during an R&D internship at NIT Calicut
• Developed the complete mechanical model in Fusion 360, performing mass distribution, center of mass/gravity calculations, and link weight optimization to ensure flight stability
• Performed static and dynamic structural analysis in ANSYS to evaluate stress, deformation, vibration behavior, and joint torque requirements under varying payloads
