Strong knowledge of exception handling, data types, session variables, and environment variables.
Experience in Control Room operations, including resource and session management. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively within tight timelines. Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders, QA teams, and IT teams. Flexible and adaptable to new environments and technologies.
