• Provide consistent and best in industry experience to customers by providing required support through the journey of the petition
• Understand customer's needs and effectively communicate the requirements to them regarding the documentation needed
• Handle end-to-end immigration processes, including but not limited to H-1B, TN, E-3, H-1B1 and other non-immigrant visa categories and corresponding dependent categories as well (H-4, TD, E-3D)

• Primary responsibilities: Daily assignment of cases, Quality check of daily cases to be sent to attorney review, responding to client and customers queries, mailbox managing, on floor query handling, updating client trackers, raising queries to client, identify and track critical and time-sensitive cases and escalate them through the right channel
• Secondary responsibilities: Process training for new joiners, Conduct trainings/refreshers for updates received from client, monitor quality of individual team members, work on individual and team quality improvement
• Assist leads and managers with quality management, continuously work on finding process loop holes and their solution and raise process
