- Dealing with Third Rail (750V DC) Train controlled by (TCMS) Train control management system
- Communicate With line Controller and Inbound Trains As required maintenance schedule or any Unfit train rectification
- Performing Preventive Maintenance & Corrective Maintenance of Rolling Stock by following proper MTI & SOPS
- Download TCMS & EVR Data and analysis the fault Before Replacement of any faulty equipment
- Performed Installation of PLB (Possession Limit Board), TRED (Third Rail Earthing Device), WMB (Work Site Marker board) as Required
- After CM Fault Rectification ensure fitness of trains, Prepare Rectification Report Share with Team Leaders For Closing the CM Work Orders and Informed FC (Fault Controller) to Fitness of Train
- Ability to Performed Shimming Installation activity as required for Primary Suspension & Secondary Suspensions
- Attending the subsystems faults like BCU, TCU, DOOR, HVAC, DRM and optimizing the data downloading through designated PTE
- Review diagrams and operating maintenance instructions
- Knowledge of MAXIMO software for Closing the PM & CM Work orders
- Preformed Fleet wide activity as required
- PERSON INCHARGE (PIC) Ability to lead the team by following Safety methods in the work environment. Ensure to Provide safe working environment for Teams
- Follow up of Hazard Management, Tool box talks and safety points strictly, before performed the regular activities daily basis
- Ensure work complies with company Safety procedures, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, quality assurance, and control documents
