Effectively manage Valet Drivers in Assigned Location.
Assign the respective shift for all the Drivers.
Train in grooming and motivate all drivers to wish the client with smile.
Work closely with Doorman front desk and concierge.
Attend in briefing meeting with hotel for check-in, checkout, Restaurant booking status, corporate events and align the valet requirements accordingly.
Help the guest in handling the luggage.
Regular update to the management on events and accidents in the site if any.
Update the management on additional valet requirements in case of a large event, wedding ETC.
