job responsibilities:
Electrical & Instrumentation:
Electrical support fabrication works planning for various types of fabrication works preparation and document controlling of all projects works
Knowledge to understand in P&ID, E&I Drawings
Wiring of Electrical&Instrument control panels
Termination of power cable and control cables
Modification works of the Electrical&Instrument.
Clearing the construction& commissioning punch list work loop checking from main control panel to instrument loop checking and meggering as per Client standard basis
Mechanical completion (MC) works of the process instrument
Attend Mechanical completion QA/QC Inspection with client (QC team lead)
Attend Daily inspection to the main control panel
Involving Installation, Mechanical completion QA/QC, pre- commissioning activities of marine & Topsides Electrical & Instruments, F&G , Telecom systems
Testing and pre commissioning for the Client acceptance (Electrical&Instruments)
Calibration and verification in process instrument Responsible to execute the parameters and circuits as per as built
Trouble shooting and testing valves and instrument
Installing, Testing ,problem Trouble shooting and solving of Marine & Topside lighting systems
Loop break testing &Trubleshooting for the Addressable Fire &Gas system loops
(Smoke detector, manual call points) using WAS-2000 Module
Installation &Calibration Testing pre Commissioning on all type of Fire &Gas detectors systems
Installing& Testing pre commissioning all kind of Flow Control Valves, shut down valves.
Installing& Testing commissioning of all kind Transmitters (Level,Pressure,Flow &Temperature)
10th,12th,diploma in electronics and communication engineering
