• Identification of bacterial isolates using MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry and 16S rRNA gene sequencing
• DNA extraction, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, and molecular biology techniques
• Whole-Genome Sequencing (WGS) analysis of Aeromonas and Citrobacter isolates
