VISUAL MERCHANDISER BASICXX at ALYASRA FASHION (2017-03 – 2023-03)
As in House Visual Merchandiser my main job description is to maintain the standard in terms of display of every department based on story or collection. Window dress up in weekly basis base on the availability of the product, which the display is in co-relation to the season and uniformity of all stores. Implementations being advised should be executed at once.
To maintain the sequence or flow of the store's lay out as well as the display, propping's and mannequins are well maintained every day.
CHIEF CASHIER at METCASH AFRICA FRONTLINE HYPER (2012-06 – 2015-03)
- Assisted individual in the accurate application of their transaction, and when necessary, researched record on electronic and other available files to provide information regarding financial status, maintained electronic files necessary to generate daily reports.
- Provided information to patrons regarding pertinent rules, policies, and procedures related to cash and cash-related transaction; directed patron to proper offices, as appropriate, to seek resolution of problem beyond the information available to the cashier.
- Answered questions and resolved problems, performed miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Receives and receipt a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transaction; verified and posted to appropriate accounts; issued receipts.
- Assisted customer waiting for check out, scanned items, requested price checks, honored appropriate coupons, collected payments and gave change as appropriate.
- Supervise all cashiers, courtesy clerks, and front-end managers toensure that all job duties are being completed in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly cashier observations and ensure that each cashier is meeting the customer service requirements
