As a Customer Service Supervisor for UCH Logistics, I manage a team of 20 people. By implementing new strategies I have also improved customer service quality and productivity. By keeping records of the errors, plan training sessions for the team so they will get to know the process and solutions for future reference.

I am a better candidate for this position because I have more than 7 years of experience in Customer service and team handling, since 2014 I have been working with multinational companies only so I am well aware of the work culture as well. In my current company I started my career as a Transport Advisor, they noticed my abilities and shifted me to the customer service department where I used to deal with their customers directly (queries related to their shipments, complaints, etc.) I got promoted to Customer Service Supervisor even though there were plenty of people there in the organization who served the company for many years.

I am self-motivated, resourceful, and progress-driven, with an extensive background in the industry with a long-standing record of initiative and delivering results.
