• Expertise in Capital Management for Tooling.
• Expertise in Injection moulds, Die casting moulds, Vacuum moulds, Jigs & fixtures.
• Strong material and Metallurgical knowledge of metals, especially aluminum, plastic mould steel, cold and hot work steels.
• Specifying through implementation, FPA, and start-up of new tooling in manufacturing operations.
• Supporting manufacturing, R&D, Applications Lab, Sale representatives and customers with technical information.
• Place tooling orders/contracts with suppliers and track timing to ensure tools meet quoted timing and pricing.
• Study FA report for dimensional rectification according product form fit functions as required by the customer.
• Designing & manufacturing and troubleshooting all types of plastic injection moulds, Die casting moulds, jigs and fixtures.
• Concept and design of tooling (fixture and horns) for ultrasonic welding of plastic parts.
• Proficient with UG NX 9 CAD/CAM & AutoCAD-2D.
• Create detailed tool design drawings, complete with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
• Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, or other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, or maintenance requirements of designs or applications. 
• Design injection moulds and well Known knowledge in CAM program of core, cavity inserts, and Electrodes CNC. 
• Well known knowledge in conventional tool room machines, CNC Milling, CNC EDM & Wire cut machines. 
• Follow up the manufacturing of tool parts and checking the final parts. 
• Training the employees for mould troubleshooting and CNC machines.
• Playing vital role to achieving ISO 9000, 14001, 5S, Quality and Safety audit.
