Standard cost development : Coordinate, develop and streamline processes for calculation of standard cost. Interact with SAP, feeding budget information and parameter assumptions to system for rolling up unit cost.
Preparation of Annual Operating Plan
Prepare monthly financial reports in line with requirements and timelines.
Ensure accuracy and time line of operating results
Provide reports and analysis to plant teams to drive plant performance
Ensuring month end closing, tracking account analysis and variance analysis
Work closely with plant manager to resolve issues and problems
Coordinate with shared services and team for smooth accounting of the plant related transactions
Assist management with coordinating annual physical inventory and monitor cycle count.
Coordinate with all financial auditors for audit of the plant financials
Liaison with R & D team and provide costs for new products based
Provide cost inputs to commercial team as and when required
Partner production and supply management to prepare forecast and budget
