- The programme enables the urban poor to access gainful self-employment or skilled wage employment opportunities resulting in a significant improvement in their livelihood.
- The mission aims at providing shelters equipped with essential amenities to the urban homeless in a phased manner.
- NULM addresses the livelihoods concerns of the Urban Street Vendors by facilitating access to suitable spaces, institutional credit, social security and skills for accessing emerging market opportunities.
