• Segmentation and measurement of catalyst particles from electron microscopic images.
• Content based image retrieval for electron microscopic images of catalysts.

Co-founder, Data science expert at Neurabay and AI consultant (2018-08 – 2020-02)

In addition to working on own startup Neurabay Technologies Pvt. Ltd., consulted companies ABI Health, Biomedix and Pactera part time. Responsibilities during consultancy included establishing data science department, defining new projects, client interaction, development and delivery of AI projects. Delivered projects including:

• AI platform (Pact.AI) for ease of development (drag and drop feature) and deployment of machine learning models.
• Image segmentation of OCT (optical CT) images of Retina and Corona images. Delivered quantized deep learning models written in C++.
• Identification of abnormality in Chest X-ray images using novel deep learning algorithm. Localization of Nodules in chest X-ray images.
• Creating machine learning models to compute risk of hospitalization for Anemia and CKD patients (categorical and continuous data analysis). Used by Astrazeneca.
• At Neurabay Technologies Private Limited, we developed an online AI MRI post processing platform
