Responsible for preparing and distributing instructions for production of APIs and intermediates according to written instructions. Supervising shop floor operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Responsible for preparing &distributing the instructions for production of APIs & intermediate according to written instructions.
• Supervising shop floor process & operations (Distillation, Filtration, Centrifugation, Drying, Layerseparation, Hydrogenation).
• To interact with inspectors, auditors to facilitate auditing by various agencies like regulatory, ISO, Environmental audit, USFDA, EDQM, Safety audit and Customer audits.
• Ensuring strict compliance with cGMP standards during product manufacturing including clean room operations.
• To coordinate with R&D department and facilitate trails for the new products.
• To ensure compliances of EHS, all legal rules & regulations in plant.
• Reviewing all production batch records & ensuring that all are completed & signed.
• Responsible for maintaining premises, equipment & maintaining records.
• Responsible for performing necessary calibrations & maintaining records.
• Responsible for standard defined yield & quality.
• Ensure to get preventive maintenance for manufacturing equipment.
• Raise work order to Concern department if any abnormality observed in manufacturing equipment.
• To report superior and intimate to maintenance department in case of equipment breakdown and followup for completion.
• To report deviation in case of deviation from standards.
