- Worked as a field engineer for APMC projects (In charge- Nasik District) funded by World Bank.
- Preparation of rate analysis, BOQ, tender documents, invitation of bids, conduct pre bid meetings and procurement procedure, bid Evaluation.
- Cost estimate, quantity survey.
- Site survey, stake holder meetings, Preparation of MIS
- Development of Structures like Roads, warehouses, cold storage, development market facilities, auction halls, cattle sheds, admin buildings etc. for APMC.
- Co-ordination with managements, subcontractor’s, Architects & Engineers and get the work done.
- Subcontractor and vender management, Preparations of bills & payments.
- Project management & team co-ordination, preparing detail project report, MPR, develop knowledge-based management portal.
- Preparation financial and technical documents for internal, external as well as world bank audit teams.
