Hello, my name is Lavanya. I am currently working at an IB school in Chennai and have around three years of work experience in the field of education. I enjoy creating engaging learning experiences for students and continuously learning new teaching strategies.

Apart from work, my hobbies include reading, writing, and nail art, as they help me express my creativity and relax. I am passionate about personal growth, communication, and creating a positive learning environment.

I am currently working at an IB school in Chennai and have three years of experience in the field of education. I worked as an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant for one year, and for the past two years, I have been working as a Librarian and Research Facilitator.

My role has helped me develop skills in student engagement, research guidance, literacy development, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students across different grade levels. I enjoy working in collaborative learning environments and continuously exploring new teaching and learning strategies.

I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in English Literature, along with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Education.
