After a career break dedicated to childcare, I successfully re-entered the corporate workforce and joined Infosys BPM in March 2024 as a Process Specialist in the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain.
In my current role, I manage multiple accounts while ensuring strong SLA adherence, accuracy, and quality performance. My responsibilities include executing and reviewing transactions, validating inputs from Process Executives, conducting quality audits, supporting team leads through process and domain training, and consistently delivering results within defined timelines.

I actively contribute to team deliverables, support employee engagement initiatives, and willingly take on additional responsibilities to improve team efficiency and business outcomes. I have a strong interest in process improvement and automation, having successfully developed VBA-based solutions to simplify complex Excel processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency. I have also contributed to business improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives, strengthening my analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
