• Delivered AMS functional support across Oracle EBS INV, PO, OM, BOM, WIP, and iProcurement for a global electronics distributor, resolving incidents and enhancements within SLA across a complex multi-org environment.
• Configured and supported all key SCM planning methods — Min-Max, Reorder Point, MRP, Kanban, Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS) — and managed diverse sales order types including Standard, Drop Ship, Back-to-Back, Internal Orders, and Return Material Authorisation (RMA).

• Produced functional configuration documents (BR100, MD50) across all Oracle EBS SCM modules; tracked and coordinated defect resolution in JIRA throughout the full project lifecycle.
