- Sole Handler for all Marine insurance H&M, P&I claims.
- End to end claim handling process as - Analyses, investigates, and evaluates loss to determine coverage. Maintains claims status valuations; documentation & disposition.

- Spearheading process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy in claims handling.
- Driving loss prevention strategies, leveraging data insights and best practices to reduce crew claim frequency and severity across the fleet.
