I'm a registered Rehabilitation Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Rehabilitation Psychology. My clinical work has spanned hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and community mental health settings. I practise mainly with evidence-based therapies, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, motivational enhancement therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, and I bring psychoeducation into most of my work.

Assessment sits at the centre of what I do are psychometric testing, trauma and risk screening, case formulation, and putting together therapy plans. The clients I've worked with have come in with depression, anxiety and health anxiety, emotional distress, self-injury, suicidal thoughts, behavioural addictions such as gambling, and adjustment difficulties. I've also spent a good deal of time with visually impaired and disabled clients, supporting their psychological adjustment and their wellbeing more broadly.
