Myself Linto Jose,born and brought in Bangalore basically.I am from a neculear family,My father name is T.k Jose, he was a business man,he had his own industry,currently retired.My mother name is Rosily Jose,she is a house wife,I am married,my wife name is Monica Linto,she is a house wife,I have a daughter her name is Charlotte Maria,she is 4 years old and studing in K-2 at First Touch Academy.My short term goal is to get a job in reputed company.Long time plan is to achive good position in the company were I can build my carrier and help the organization.

• Overseeing and agreeing contracts,provider services for Security, Carparking,Cartering and so on..
• Coordinate with maintenance,repair work assignment provided to technicians/vendors/contracts providing building maintenance.
• Supervisor for multidisciplinary staff team such as Garden,Housekeeping/Maintenance including Electricians/Plumbing/Carpentry.
• Inspect contract work.
• Perform Facilities inspection and prepare reports.
• Upkeeping of facilities,managing office space repair maintenance and renovation.
• Ensure basic facilities such as water and heating elements are maintained at regular intervals of time.
• Managing vendors relationship.
