About
I am an M.Sc. Applied Psychology graduate specializing in Counselling Psychology, interested in making mental health support approachable, welcoming, and meaningful. I enjoy translating psychological concepts into everyday life through counselling-related conversations, workshops, mental health awareness programs, and training.
Experience
Through clinical, counselling, and research internships, alongside student-focused and community initiatives, I have gained experience across diverse settings, engaging with school and college students, clinical populations, counselling clients, gym-goers, and older adults. These experiences have strengthened my skills in active listening, psychological assessment, empathetic communication, and psychoeducational facilitation.
