I am Dr.
Akula, and currently employed as an Environmental Health and Safety Officer with M/S CVK Constructions Pvt. Ltd, where I am working on the Andhra Pradesh Urban Water Supply and Septate Management Improvement Project (APUWSSMIP) in association with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Prior to this, I held the position of Junior Research Fellow with the International Crop Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics, where I worked on the 'Water4crops EU-INDIA' project.
➢ A dynamic professional with over 8 years of rich and elaborate research experience in physicochemical and biological water & wastewater treatment and ≈ 1.10 years of industrial experience as an EHS officer.
➢ Presently working with Haricons Engineers & Contractors as Environmental Health and
Safety (EHS) Officer in Andhra Pradesh Urban Water Supply and Septate Management
Improvement Project (APUWSSMIP)–Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)

➢ Proficient in preparing all necessary documents like CEMP (Contractor Environment Social
Management Plan) documents, conducting Safety Audits and ensuring safety as per government rules and ISO regulations and industry standards.
➢ Erection, Operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant and Sewage Treatment
Plant.
